Broker's Comment:

Having been fortunate to help with 2 Sea Ray Yacht sales to the owners in the past that I have come to know the seller. They have owned this Sea Ray since new. The Sea Ray specialized technician has done preventive maintenance service on the boat once a month since new. The cabin is like new condition and no unusual smells whatsoever and shows proud ownership of this vessel. The boat is at a marina in North Miami Beach and can be easily seen with an appointment. The boat’s bow sun pad and cockpit TV are always stored inside the cabin.
